If your items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of horse hair, dirt, or signs of use.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
